Create a log of regear/pregear requests

We need to have a log of all pregear/regear requests that have been approved, with a link to them. If possible we implement thread in a logs forum channel that has a link to all requests made with a format like "Regear/Pregear - Aug 8th, 2026" maybe with a timestamp to further define them?
